4.4 In case of payment failure, the order will be automatically canceled.
5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
5.1 Your order is an offer to purchase a product, which is accepted by us only when we dispatch the product to you.
5.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our fraud prevention department.
5.3 Customers may cancel their order before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation or modification is not permitted.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 We deliver to select pin codes across India. Delivery timelines vary depending on location and product availability.
6.2 Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order confirmation and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
6.3 Delivery charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout.
6.4 Risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
7.1 Eligible products can be returned or replaced within 7 days of delivery.
7.2 To initiate a return or replacement, contact our support team at info@rozkoo.com with order details and reason for return.
7.3 Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, and with original invoice.
7.4 Refunds, once approved, will be credited to the original mode of payment within a 30 business days.
7.5 Certain items such as perishable goods, personal care products, and customized products are non-returnable.
8. Promotions and Discount Codes
8.1 Promotional codes must be entered at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.
8.2 Promotions may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
